About EDS 4000 Factory Set Pressure Switches:
Series HDA 4000 transducers are compact, heavy-duty, pressure transducers designed for both OEM industrial and off-road applications where accuracy, repeatability, and stability can not be compromised. HDA 4000 series transducer is available in a version for measuring pressure in hazardous locations. Featuring ceramic sensor cells, absolute and relative pressure in low pressure applications are measured. Pressure ranges from 0 to 15 psi, up to 500 psi, and vacuum are available. This series also utilizes a shock resistant thin film sensor as the pressure to electrical conversion element. Thin film technology is used because it maintains its accuracy over a wide temperature range, extreme dynamic conditions, and hostile environments. It is available in pressure ranges from -14.5 psi up to 10000 psi. The electronic circuits with HYDAC-ASIC proportionally change pressure readings in to a 4 to 20mA analog signal. To protect against moisture, vibration, and shock the electronics are fully encapsulated and put in solid stainless steel housing.
A number of port sizes and electrical connection combinations make this an attractive solution to your low pressure needs for use in hazardous locations. This series has a 125 VAC as standard but is also available with 500 VAC isolation voltages. It carries the CE mark and is designed and manufactured to ISO 9001 Quality Systems requirements.
